1. What would your character kill for? What would they die for?
Stephanie won't kill. It's at the center of who she is and how she's been trained. Taking a life would destroy her entire outlook on life. Who would she die for? Gotham, her mother, Dick and Tim and Jason and Bruce. Molly, Dean, Cas.
2. What would they refuse to do under any circumstances? Why?
See previous re: killing. She'd make an exception for Black Mask only because she already spared him once and he nearly killed her. And even then, she might not. It was a long road to get to that point for her but it's one that she won't move from. Should be interesting actually when she and Dean have that showdown.
3. What do they dream about?
Being tortured, being fired, failing. Or was this question supposed to be like "what she wants to be when she grows up?" She wants to be married. Have kids. Do a better job than her parents did.
4. What’s their biggest fear?
Being rejected again by the people who mean the most to her. At times it paralyzes her. Second to that would be ending up in Black Mask's hands again.
5. What single object would they be most hard pressed to part with? Why?
The Spoiler uniform. She may not be able to wear it anymore but it's hers. No one gave it to her, no one built it for her so no one can take it from her.
6. What is their fondest memory?
There are a handful of them, mostly bittersweet. In no particular order: Sparring with Cass and the conversation about what their fathers did when they failed, looking up as she was wheeled into the delivery room and seeing Tim's eyes, Tim bringing her soup when she was sick, coming home from Africa and finding her mom sober, clean and healthy.
7. What is their worst memory?
The torture, and the fact that the torture broke her and it didn't even matter because he didn't care what she knew.
8. What or who was were their most significant influence? Expound.
Her father. Growing up, her life was built around keeping him happy, keeping out of his way, hoping he'd get caught and go away for a while. Stopping him was why she created Spoiler.
9. What do they believe makes a successful life?
Being loved, doing good, making things better for the people who come after.
10. What makes them laugh?
Most things. Steph laughs pretty easily. She like absurdity and silliness. She likes Dick's jokes, dick jokes, Dean's jokes. She likes flustering boys and confounding expectations. Other people laughing makes her laugh too, even if she doesn't know why they're laughing. Even if they're laughing at her.
11. What are their religious views?
Steph's Christian -- possibly Catholic, I can't tell if that's faith or convenience -- and sort of distantly faithful. She doesn't think about God or religion very often.
12. What is their greatest strength?
Her spirit. For all that she can get beat back and beat down, she's got that Robin spirit that just doesn't know when to quit.
13. Do they have a fatal flaw? If so, what is it?
Just one? The need to prove herself, to do it alone and show that's she's capable and worthy.
14. Who is the most important person in their life?
I'm not actually sure. It used to be Tim and before that her Dad. Now...Bruce and Dick probably.
15. If they died, who would miss them most? How would they die?
Ask her? No one. And doubtless she'd have brought it on herself.

Date: 2009-10-05 09:47 pm (UTC)B. Tim - I'm assuming GYO here, given the 'making life hell' comment. I call him Timmeh all the time and he hates me for it.
1. What would your character kill for? What would they die for?
JUSTICE! Also Dick and his Titans.
2. What would they refuse to do under any circumstances? Why?
Um...I'm drawing a blank. He's still reluctant to kill? Mostly?
3. What do they dream about?
I'm still not sure if this is literal dreams or figurative wishes. In either case, his favorite dream is...rest. Being able to lay down his responsibilities and relax for an hour, a day, a lifetime.
4. What’s their biggest fear?
That's he's not going to be there when he should be. That he'll always be too late, too far, too unprepared.
5. What single object would they be most hard pressed to part with? Why?
The photo of his family and Dick's family. It's the first moment of his life and the last perfectly happy moment.
6. What is their fondest memory?
See above re object.
7. What is their worst memory?
Talking to his dad on the phone as he died.
8. What or who was were their most significant influence? Expound.
Dick Grayson. Hands down, Dick is the shaping force of his life. From five years old, Tim's life revolved around the youngest Grayson and his admiration of (obsession with) him bent the entire course of his life.
9. What do they believe makes a successful life?
Making his father proud.
10. What makes them laugh?
Um... The Three Stooges? (On the rare occasions that he does: Dick, Kon, Steph. Robins all. Probably Molly will eventually fall into that list.)
11. What are their religious views?
His mother was Jewish in name only. His father was Christian the same way. But Tim's a staunch atheist. He recognizes that there are "higher powers" but not that there is a The Higher Power. Superman is sufficiently advanced as to be called a god and he's not.
12. What is their greatest strength?
His intelligence.
13. Do they have a fatal flaw? If so, what is it?
His intelligence.
14. Who is the most important person in their life?
Bruce (which is not to say that he's fondest of him.)
15. If they died, who would miss them most? How would they die?
Dick. Sacrificing himself to save the world--as heroes do.

Date: 2009-10-06 06:52 pm (UTC)B. JJ -- I'm going to attempt to answer this before Will and baby.
1. What would your character kill for? What would they die for?
Kill -- her team or her family. Die -- the same.
2. What would they refuse to do under any circumstances? Why?
JJ has seen enough to know that there's almost nothing a human won't do under the proper circumstances.
3. What do they dream about?
Eventually, having a family, balancing work and home life. Being successful in her job.
4. What’s their biggest fear?
JJ's seen a lot of horrible things, the worst that humanity can offer. But her biggest fear is making the wrong choice in taking a case instead of another. And it's always the wrong choice.
5. What single object would they be most hard pressed to part with? Why?
Hmm. I do not have a good answer for this one.
6. What is their fondest memory?
I'm not allowed to answer this any other way than the first time she held Henry. Before the baby, it was probably the first time Hotch treated her like an equal.
7. What is their worst memory?
Sending Reid off alone so that she was trapped with killer dogs and he was kidnapped by the unsub.
8. What or who was were their most significant influence? Expound.
Growing up in a small town, feeling like she'd never get out. She feels like sports saved her from becoming yet another boring housewife.
9. What do they believe makes a successful life?
Doing the job well, saving people, stopping killers before anyone else gets hurt.
10. What makes them laugh?
Spencer attempting to make jokes, Penelope's sense of humor. Derek being charming.
11. What are their religious views?
Protestant christian, but very much private about her faith and practice.
12. What is their greatest strength?
The ability to look at the cases that come across her desk every week, make the choice of which to take and not go crazy with guilt.
13. Do they have a fatal flaw? If so, what is it?
She occasionally gets too emotionally involved in cases and it screws up her judgment but she can usually catch herself before she goes too far.
14. Who is the most important person in their life?
Pre-baby: That's hard to say, she keeps everyone at about equal distance. Probably Penelope or Spencer.
Post-baby: Henry.
15. If they died, who would miss them most? How would they die?
Doubtless, in the line of duty, probably as a hostage or in a shoot out with a subject. Her team would miss her most, and her family.
C. Leverage
1. One True Pairing Ship:
I don't think I have a show OTP.

Date: 2009-10-06 07:46 pm (UTC)1. What would your character kill for? What would they die for?
Sam. Her kids. Her patients. All of the above.
2. What would they refuse to do under any circumstances? Why?
Give up a patient or let someone harm her children. The SG teams can take care of themselves mostly. She takes her oath very seriously and it galls her to be forced away from one of her patients when they're in need.
3. What do they dream about?
Chocolate cake.
4. What’s their biggest fear?
Janet's not a terribly fearful person. As with most things, her fears revolve around her children though she doesn't let them control her.
5. What single object would they be most hard pressed to part with? Why?
Objects don't mean much to Janet. She couldn't part with the art that Tessa and Josh produce but otherwise, stuff is stuff.
6. What is their fondest memory?
Saturdays with Sam and Cassie after they'd finished their traditional "chess if Sam's on planet" date. They'd have dinner and talk and Janet could let herself pretend it was possible for it always to be like that.
7. What is their worst memory?
Too many to count but holding the gun on Nirrti and being terrified it wouldn't make a difference and Cassie was going to die ranks up there.
8. What or who was were their most significant influence? Expound.
Her ex-husband. Though she doesn't think about him much much less dwell, their arguments and his 'this man's army' philosophy kicked her out of a fairly complacent life plan and into a military track just to spite him.
9. What do they believe makes a successful life?
Being happy.
10. What makes them laugh?
British comedy
11. What are their religious views?
At this point she's pretty much an agnostic. It's not that she doesn't think there's a god, it's just that she's not really sure that said god isn't just another form of life outside of their understanding.
12. What is their greatest strength?
Being tiny and yet terrifying enough to quell grown men with a look.
13. Do they have a fatal flaw? If so, what is it?
Well, her devotion to her patients got her killed so...
14. Who is the most important person in their life?
Cassie, Carter, Joshua and Tessa
15. If they died, who would miss them most? How would they die?
Carter and Cassie would. Clearly she'd die by getting shot by a staff weapon in the back. [Spoiler!]
